All of our PROMEES merchandise should be hand washed in warm water in a mild soap solution. Do not put in washing machine and dryer, do not bleach and do not iron.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will automatically receive an e-mail including your tracking number once your order is dispatched. However, if you somehow didn’t receive it, please e-mail us at contact@promees.com.
Make sure there is someone to pick up your order, as your parcel requires a signature on delivery and we cannot send it to a PO Box.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We execute orders placed up to 2 p.m. every business day. All our products are shipped by UPS. Shipping takes up to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. All items are exchangeable/refundable within 14 days of your purchase, counting from the day you receive it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please send your item back to us along with your receipt and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we will not accept worn, washed, or damaged merchandise due to improper use. If there is a special circumstance, please contact us. A tracking number from your shipment is recommended as you are responsible for your shipment until we receive it. Once your return is received, inspected, and accepted, refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
