Regulations of the Online Shop at www.promees.com

  1. General Provisions The following rules comprise the regulations of the online shop at www.promees.com and determine the terms of ordering and purchasing products.

  2. Seller Information The owner and administrator of the shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") is Promees Group Sp. z o.o., Piotra Skargi 129, 95-200 Pabianice, Poland. Taxpayer Identification Number (NIP): 7312080484, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 384379424.

  3. Contact Information Email: contact@promees.com.

  4. Customer Requirements The customer can be an individual aged over 13 years or a legal person. Individuals under 18 years need the consent of a statutory agent.

  5. Registration The customer may voluntarily register by creating an account at: www.promees.com/register. It is possible to order from the shop without registration.

  6. Acceptance of Regulations Registration and/or ordering are possible only after careful reading and accepting the regulations. The customer must follow these regulations.

  7. Accuracy of Information All information submitted by the customer during registration or necessary to purchase products without registration should be truthful and current. In case of submitting false, out-of-date, or questionable information, the seller attempts to contact the customer to complete or verify them. If contact is not possible, the seller reserves the right to decline processing the order.

  8. Product Information The shop sells products on the internet. All products are brand-new, technically and legally flawless, and legally brought onto the EU market. Photographs of the products published on the website do not show their real size. Colors might also differ from the real ones due to technical differences between screens and computers.

  9. Offer and Contract Formation All information on the website related to the products (including their prices) is not a commercial offer as defined by Art. 66 of the Civil Code but an invitation to reach a sale contract defined by Art. 71 of the Civil Code.

  10. Order Processing The shop processes orders worldwide. Customers can place orders 24 hours a day. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9 am to 2 pm (CEST). After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirming the order, which is a conclusion of the sale contract between the customer and the seller.

  11. Order Fulfillment Processing period is 1-2 business days from the crediting of payment to the seller's account. Postal service delivers mail within 5-14 days depending on the customer's address.

  12. Prices and Payments All prices include VAT and are displayed in EUR. The price displayed with the product applies when the customer places an order. Information about the total price of the order, including delivery costs, is displayed after the customer chooses the form of delivery. The seller reserves the right to change prices of the products, introduce new products to the offer, and modify special offers. These changes do not affect orders placed before the changes.

  13. Special Offers Special offers, discounts, and promotional codes cannot be combined (only one discount per transaction) unless otherwise stated in the specific offer's regulations.

  14. Payment Methods Available forms of payment include online transfer via PayPal, Stripe, VISA and Mastercard

  15. Receipts and Invoices Every processed order has a receipt enclosed. The seller issues a VAT invoice at the customer's request. To receive an invoice, the customer needs to submit all necessary information in the order summary.

  16. Complaints and Returns The seller is responsible for the non-compliance of goods with the sales contract as stipulated by EU consumer protection laws. The customer can lodge a complaint within 30 business days of receiving the product. The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without justification within 14 business days of receiving the product.   17. Refunds In case of a return, the customer receives a refund of the products (excluding shipping costs) within 14 business days of the seller receiving the returned product. The customer receives the refund in the form chosen when placing the order. The customer does not receive a refund if the returned product is damaged, incomplete, used, without labels, or without original packaging. The seller accepts returns only with the receipt/invoice attached.

  18. Shipping Costs Shipping costs for complaints are covered by the customer. If the seller accepts the complaint, the seller covers all shipping costs.

  19. Personal Data Protection The seller manages personal data, which is carefully collected and protected from unauthorized access. Personal data is protected in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  20. Customer Rights Regarding Personal Data Customers have the right to inspect, modify, or request the cancellation of their personal data.

  21. Modification of Regulations The seller reserves the right to modify the regulations. Customers will be informed about any modifications by an announcement on the website. Registered customers will be informed about modifications and the possibility to accept them or resign from the shop's services.

  22. Applicable Law Polish law is applicable in cases not determined by the regulations. These are rules of the Civil Code and relevant EU consumer protection laws.

  23. Dispute Resolution Any disputes between the seller and the customer will be settled by the court of law in accordance with the regulations of the Civil Code.
